Features:
• - Added two alternative ways to mux AVC/H264 with B-Frames video to ASF
• - Added ability to create Microsoft Play Ready compatible ASF files with AAC/AVC(with B Frames) inside

Fix:
• Some minor bugs were fixed and now the Muxer belongs SolveigMM Video Splitter

Feature:
• Allows remultiplexing AVI, MP4, MPEG2 PS,TS to ASF without a recompression
• Allows choosing an input stream to be written to ASF
• Allows decoding input video/audio streams and multiplexing them to ASF (needs a proper decoder)
• Allows changing a Video FourCC
• Allows indexing a resulting ASF file
