Version 3 introduced AVC/H264 frame-accurate editing. SolveigMM advanced technology keeps 99% of data and only transcodes a few frames at the beginning and end of the video segments, so files are processed fast and lossless. The smart editing mode covers all supported formats. And the program can be installed on a portable storage device.

3"End User" (personal usage) means any individual or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains the Software, either as a stand-alone or as an integrated part of the SolveigMM Product, for personal use or use within the company, but not for Commercial use, re-selling, transferring or any other form of distribution.
4"Commercial use" means usage in any such manner where the results of using the Software are intended primarily for the End User's direct revenue-generating use or is intended to serve as a main resource to generate revenue for the End User, including monitoring and testing equipment.

Upgrade policy Customers are entitled to free upgrades within the major version of the product.
Сustomers who purchased SolveigMM Video Splitter 2.5 version between December 19, 2011 and January 19, 2012 will receive a free upgrade to version 3.x.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any UPDATES, you agree to be bound by the terms of the "Solveig Multimedia" End-User License Commercial Agreement (''EULAC''). This EULAC is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Solveig Multimedia for the " Solveig Multimedia" software product(s) accompanying this EULAC, which include(s) computer software and may include "online" or electronic documentation, associated media, and printed materials (''SOFTWARE PRODUCT'').

Please note that the evaluation version has the following restrictions:
1) An “Elecard” logo on the file in the preview window and on the transcoded frames of the output files. 2) A maximum of 3 launches for any program operation. 3) Restriction associated with waiting for the timer when the application starts.
