Title: Locks Up When Loading Video MP4 Files

Have tried several MP4 files that all work fine with older version 5.2.1603.25. Program locks immediately and cannot be ended with Task Manager. Reboot required. Help!

Please send the file you're trying to edit to the technical support with the reference to this topic or to me directly and describe how to reproduce the problem. If you selected an interval for trimming, please specify the interval or save a trimming project file. Also please let me know your operating system version.
