SolveigMM Video Splitter / Re: Version 7.0 timeline clarity
« on: Yesterday at 05:46:48 PM »
Hello collins75,
At the moment we do not have settings to adjust a color of the timeline elements. I will post here if we add such feature.

Hello,
The problem with the settings saving had been fixed in the latest beta-version of Video Splitter, available by the following link:

32 bit or 64 bit

I just checked both 32 and 64 bit versions and could not reproduce the problem you described. Could you please let me know what file you try to open when you see  the watermark (a file type and a video codec).
Also, I would suggest to check if you have both versions installed at the same time (by default in Program Files (x86)/Solveig Multimedia and in Program Files/Solveig Multimedia) and uninstall both of them in this case, then install the 64 bit version only and register it.

Hello collins75,

Yes, this is a known bug and we'll try to fix it as soon as possible. I'll post here when the solution is available.

Здравствуйте Vadim,
Подобная проблема уже известна, но, чтобы убедиться, пришлите, пожалуйста, образец файла, с которым наблюдаются проблемы нам в техническую поддержку или мне личным сообщением с указанием ссылки на этот пост. The AVI Trimmer + MKV operates in a GOP accuracy mode. For a frame accuracy please try to use the Video Splitter

7
Hello Waltski,
The license of the latest versions of Video Splitter and HyperCam are bound to the PC hardware. In case of the hardware configuration changes, please send an e-mail to the technical support and specify your activation key.

8
Hello Marty,
The logo and watermarks are trial restrictions of the unregistered version. You need to activate the x64 version as well with your key.

Hello WesternAm,
Please send the file you're trying to edit to the technical support with the reference to this topic or to me directly and describe how to reproduce the problem. If you selected an interval for trimming, please specify the interval or save a trimming project file. Also please let me know your operating system version.

Hello Viprit,
Unfortunately, we do not have any editing software for Linux, but we have a Video Splitter for MacOS and a TriMP4 for Android.

11
Hello viprit,
If you've captured your video with HyperCam, you can edit your video as well. HyperCam installer also contains a HC Media Editor, which allows you to edit your recordings.
Also, you can check the AVI Trimmer+, but it only provide a GOP-accuracy mode.

Hello UsherBhai,

The Video Splitter can handle an orientation info in MP4 / MOV files. If you have files of those types, you can check Video Splitter.

Hello isurfsafe,
Unfortunately, the "OPUS" audio is not supported by Video Splitter at this time. I'll let you know whenever the support for this type of audio is implemented.

I got it. As I said earlier, I reproduced a similar behavior, so, when the fix is available, I'll post here.
