We are pleased to   to announce that Video Editing SDK gets free for development. Now it’s available with full technical documentation and headers to compile SDK samples. Technical support and deployment licensing remain fee based. Video Editing SDK offers COM Engine and DirectShow components for smart editing, multiplexing, de-multiplexing  most of existing media and formats like FLV,  HTML-5 / WEBM, H.264 / AVC etc.

можете пробовать перемультеплексировать входной Transport Stream в ASF,MP4 or Program Stream. нужно в диалоге выходного файла выбрать соответствующий медиа формат

Features:
 - Compatible with reference software HM 10
 - Shows video parameter set (VPS) structure
 - Shows supplemental enhancement information (SEI)
 - Extended stream statistics - CU types, Reference pictures, Intra/Inter PU sizes, TU (Y / Cb / Cr) sizes
 - Sorting frame / stream statistics elements (residuals, mvd, etc.) by default order or by percentage
 - Shows a progress while file loading / parsing

Changes:
 - A zoom mode changed. A filter was applied that altered visual pixels in a picture zoomed in. Cancelled
 - Zond is now automatically launched in Google Chrome (if installed) despite of what browser is default one.
 - New values in fields of HRD Buffer (bitrate, framerate. etc. ) are updated by Enter keyboard button (as well as by “Rebuild”)
 - “Recent Files” drop-down list is not any more closed if a mouse pointer goes up

Fixes:
 - Sometimes if to close Zond browser tab, the process was not killed and remained running

Did you know we have released a HyperCam SDK? Now developers can use HyperCam 3 as an OLE server to capture a screen, direct sound alone or mixed with microphone channel. Almost all HyperCam features are now available through the SDK.

Capture a selected region of a screen
Saving captured data to AVI, WMV/ASF files (WAV, WMA in case of audio only files)

Hi David,

Thank you for your question. I'd suggest to write either to WMV or to ASF file format. If writing is broken up you should be able to open such a stream anyway. Let us know if that helps.

Hi mvideos,

Sorry for delayed answer. In fact HyperCam have a certain settings, called "Plyaback" in a section of Rate in frame per second.




If "Record" rate set e.g. to 10 frames but "Playback" one to 20, that means that captured video will be played back two times faster than it happened while capturing.

Thank you for your post and sorry for delayed answer - it's a vacations time.
You seem to to have an appropriate decoder at installed you PC, to solve it please read this FAQ section -
Can't render an audio stream AC3 / AAC / Xvid. The necessary codecs are not found

As for Scene Detection, could you refer us to such a file where we could replicate the issue at our end?
