Thank you for purchasing the upgrade.

Please try to uninstall the product at first. After uninstall please check that you have no files in the C:\Program Files\Solveig Multimedia and C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia.

If there will be files in these folders after uninstallation please delete them manually.

Then please download the latest Video Splitter Home Edition version at this link, install it and register with your current license key.

i bought the upgrade, install went well, registration too.

But when you start the program you get:

Window: AVITrimmer App   Text: Attempted an unsupported operation

followed by

Window: AVITrimmer App   Text: Encountered an improper Argument

Then the program starts

Could you please have a look
