Title: combining video files

I love the lossless quality of the videos I trim.  Is there any similarly lossless method (developed by you or anyone else) of combining multiple files into a single clip. Something even as basic as an "append" function?

Thanks for feedback. Video audio appending feature has to appear in the splitter 2.2 qutie shortly.
You can already test it for AVI,ASF,WMV,MP3,WMA-

Joining operates in file by file mode for only files with similar parameters.

It is available via menu->Joining Manager.

We would appreciate for any bug reports/ improvement suggestions / feature requests / enhancements.

hi there,
i've been using the wmp trimmer, to cut out video snippets from a recording, however, i need to be able to also join these snippets back up again.
i've tried doing this with your video splitter software, but it ain't working. i get the following error msg when i try to join 2 wmv files:
1st error - "creating solveigMM file writer has been failed (class not registered hr=0x80040154)
2nd error - pop up box comes up after the first error is clicked away "can't start trim process for current task.  (return value 0x80040154 (class not registered)) (unspecified error hr= 0x8004005).

any ideas what's happening?
thanks for your toughts on how to make this work,

Tomorrow we will rebuild the Splitter_2_3 installation with the recent components and post it here for tests.
