First of all please make sure that you are using the latest version of HyperCam.
Could you please let me know what antivirus software you use?
Will it help if you temporarily disable the antivirus software?

Hello. I have had a problem with my hypercam for some time. The program does not record and freezes at the default settings. It works only without ffmpeg libx264 but then the video takes too much. I uninstalled many times and nothing helped. Please help
