Title: problem when recording with hypercam 3.5

I could not record the application / program that runs on the desktop, the example I want to record 'performance monitor' of advanced sytemcare, but when I record, I record a program that would not be seen at all, how do I fix ?

Unfortunately I've not reproduced this problem on our end.

Could you please try to use the beta version of HyperCam? It has successfully recorded "Performance Monitor" of Advanced Sytemcare.

http://www.solveigmm.com/download/SolveigMM_HyperCam_3_5_Beta.exe (http://www.solveigmm.com/download/SolveigMM_HyperCam_3_5_Beta.exe)

Try to enable also the "Capture layered windows" setting in Options -> Extras and try to select another Video compressor (e.g. WMVideo 9 Encoder DMO) in Options -> Video, will it help you?

the problem remains the same, can not appear in the record. I've installed the beta version but its still the same problem. whether the problem of my computer, a codec issue, or from the operating system I am using? I use windows 7 64 bit. confused happens :(

thank you very much, now the problem is solved.
I was waiting for this answer, it turns out the problem is just that.
sorry, I still lay thingies.
I do not want to use a video recording program other than hypercam, because this program has made me fall in love :D
