Problem with recording (Hypercam 5)

Such error may occur because some settings are incorrect. Could you please record log files and send them to me directly or to a technical support?
Here you can find the instructions on how to record the log-files.

As soon as I start a recording, the following error occurs after a short time:
CDSPlayer :: OnStart ()
(Incorrect parameter. Hr = 0x80070057)

After the message Hypercam stops responding!
