I'm running this version with Windows 7 as I find it easier to use than the upgrades.
Recently, when the program opens, a box pops up, saying:

To verify your license internet is required.
Program will stop working without verification.
Days left:

It gives me 2 options; Verify (which it has accepted in the past), or Close.
But now, the program will close whichever option I choose, and
there is no way of closing the box and checking out the Tools or Help.

What can I do, short of reinstalling and seeing what happens.

Video Splitter / Unable to download latest version
« on: June 12, 2019, 09:13:53 PM »
I launched SolveigMM_Video_Splitter_Home_Edition_7_3_1906_10 from your website

www.solveigmm.com/files/SolveigMM_Video_Splitter_Home_Edition_7_3_1906_10.exe

When I tried to save it, my Firefox browser gave me this message
"This file is not commonly downloaded and may not be safe to open"
I could either save it as a Binary file or 'all files', but both results were the same.
It was listed in my download folder as a binary file with zero bytes.

Can you help me please.

Video Splitter / Version 7.0 timeline clarity
« on: March 17, 2019, 04:05:49 AM »
I don't know if other users have this problem but, to me, the numbers on the timeline aren't easy to read.
There should be more contrast, or a different colour, between the numbering and the background.
I have to peer at it very closely just to read the numbers.

Video Splitter / Output Files Settings doesn't 'remember'
« on: March 13, 2019, 07:16:52 PM »
I'm running Windows 7 Pro with service pack 1.

SOLVEIGMM Video Splitter Home Edition
Installed Version: 7.0.1901.23. Registered

In Tools/Preferences/Output Files Settings, I select 'Save to the same folder as input file', and click OK.

It remembers the setting for as long as the program is open. But when I close the program and open it again,
the setting has switched back to 'Save to the last output folder'.

No matter how many times I change the setting, each time I relaunch the program it always reverts back
and never remembers the change.

Is this a small bug?
