Could you please specify your sound settings more detailed?

What device you have chosen (stereomix, mono mix, microphone)?

Have you changed the output format of audio/video using "Properties" button?

What sound level recording do you have in your system? (Control panel->Sound->Recording->Device->Properties->Levels)

What exactly have you tried to record?

Thank you for file.

We have tested it on Windows XP and Windwows 7 PCs but unfortunately have not noticed any problems with sound in the trimmed file in VLC or MPC.

Thank you for your file,  but unfortunately we can not reproduce the bug on this file. The reason probably in that it was created by mkvmerge.

Could you please send us the original file? You can use dropbox.com which comes with 2 GB free space for file sharing.

Could you please also specify what  filters do Windows Player Classic has if this file opening?

Could you please specify if the initial file plays correctly in AVI Trimmer + MKV or any players? May be you have noticed desync while this initial file playback?

It will be also very helpful for us if you could upload the initial file e.g. to dropbox.com. And please specify start ans stop positions of fragment(s) were chosen for the output file.

Unfortunately this could happen.

The point is that the file could be created with one muxer and AVI Trimmer + MKV use another one.

But to make sure that this is not a bug, please send us your file for we could check it.

You can upload it to any file host service, e.g. to dropbox.com.

And please specify start and stop time positions were chosen for your fragment.

Yes,  it should read 3.x.

Question 2: what is to be filled in ''license required''?

It means the number of licenses you would like to upgrade (1 if you have purchased earlier the 1 Video Splitter license).

The price of upgrade was changed.

Update price for standart personal  license 19.95 Euro.
Portable upgrade price is 29.95 Euro.
For commercial version is 79.95 Euro.

The "elecard" watermark is probably due the fact that you use unregistered version of Video Splitter.

By the way, you can try to use Video Splitter 3.0 beta with AVCHD, MKV, MOV and MP4 files frame accurate splitting and joining.
