Unfortunately I cannot upload the file which gave me the problem.
My original file was a mov-file which I converted to avi using XviD.
I made a new conversion with the standard-settings (which gave just a little bit lower quality than the first one which gave me the problem) and unfortunately I overwrote the old file. With this new converted file I had no problems with avi-trimmer.
All the other files I converted and trimmed was converted with the same quality-setting as gave me the problem, so it is not a constant problem.

Hello arnehoerlyck ,

Thank you for the bugreport.
The only way to fix it is to get your original AVI the problem is replicated with.
Could you upload that for us?

See ftp details in PM.

I have just installed the newest version (1.6) from "http://www.solveigmm.com/files/SolveigMM_AVI_Trimmer_1_6.zip".
I have converted 6 mov-files to avi and I have trimmed the first 2 avi-files, but I have problems with the third.
I get an "COM Object Error" telling somthing like "the sample start time is after the sample end time. HRESULT:0x80040228 (Unspecefic error hr = 0x80004005)"
