HyperCam / problem when recording with hypercam 3.5

Hello, I have a problem when recording with hypercam 3.5
I could not record the application / program that runs on the desktop, the example I want to record 'performance monitor' of advanced sytemcare, but when I record, I record a program that would not be seen at all, how do I fix ?
