Video Splitter / Re: Hanging during splitting

From the product page:
"For all media files smart editing, frame-accurate appoach is used. SolveigMM advanced know-how technology keeps 99% of data and only transcodes a few frames at the beginning and end of the video segments, so files are processed fast and lossless."
I took this to mean that I can select with frame accuracy and export fragments out of a video, and that SolveigMM will re-encode the parts between the first frame and the next keyframe at the beginning and end of the fragment. Is this not the case? Am I doing it wrong?
My workflow is this:
Open file in SolveigMM
Find relevant parts, add markers to select portions
Right click within fragment and Save Selected Fragment As
Or ideally:
Open file in SolveigMM
Find all parts I want to create clips from, add markers to select all fragments to be saved
Mark all other sections of the video as to be deleted
Save All Fragments As
Thanks,
Lee
