Aus den Bildern ist ersichtlich, dass der Codec nicht auf Ihrem Computer installiert sein.

Wie für die anderen Codecs, die nicht in HyperCam sichtbar, sind wir versucht, den Grund zu finden, warum  sie nicht in HyperCam  erscheinen.

Could you please specify what "Start X", "Start Y", "Width", "Height" of window settings have you chosen before the recording?

Have you uploaded your record using HyperCam or directly from the Youtube web-site?

It will be great if you could send us your record, which was not uploaded properly to Youtube. Could you please upload it e.g. to dropbox.com and send us the link?

Dieser Codec ist gut sichtbar von der aktuellen 3.2 Version:

Höchstwahrscheinlich Sie frühere Version früher als Januar 2011 datiert, wenn dieser Fehler behoben wurde.

Berichten Sie bitte auch ob stellen Sie die Version, die nach dem prebuild-Archiv zugänglich ist pre-built DLL (~15K), оder kompilieren Sie der HuffYUV-Codec aus den Ausgangskodes?  Erste Option ist vorzuziehen.

Sie haben wahrscheinlich keine Unterstützung für eine bestimmte Audio-Decoder in den K-Lite Codecpack.

Möglich während der K-Lite Codecpack Installation nicht konfiguriert wurde um Audio-Daten unterstützen.

Bitte senden Sie uns die Log-Dateien, denn wir herausfinden konnte, was kann dieses Problem verursachen.

So empfangen sie:

1) Bitte laden Sie sich "enable_log.zip" Datei aus dem folgenden Link:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/18960201/enable_log.zip

2) Starten Sie "enable_log.bat"-Datei.
3) Starten Sie HyperCam.
4) Nach dem Auftreten von Problemen (Fenster mit einer Fehlermeldung) gehen Sie zu

"C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\Benutzername\Eigene Dateien\HyperCam3\LOG"

und senden Sie mir bitte alle "LOG" Ordner-Inhalt.

The critical parameters for files joining are "Video", "Audio", "Width", "Height" and "Type".

There is really something wrong with .wmv files joining in console mode using Batch manager. We will try to find out the problem reason and will fix it.

Could you please upload those files (wmv, avi, mp4) to any file host service for we could reproduce the problem on our end.

You can use Dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com). The free Dropbox account comes with 2GB of space that you can use for as long as you like.

Please specify what time interval for trimming have you chosen for each file?

Also please let us know if Frame Accuracy (Smart mode) was enabled in Control?

HyperCam arbeitet in 32-Bit-Subsystem.

Deshalb verwenden ist es Codecs von 32-Bit-System, nicht von 64-Bit.

To get them please open at first your file in Video Splitter on your PC with Windows 7.  And go to "Tools -> Show Preview filters" and press the "Copy All" button, then paste it to the Notepad and send us please this .txt file at  support(at)solveigmm(dot)com

There is really such a problem.

As the temporary solution please try to make such settings.
Go to ''Control panel'' -> ''Display'' -> ''Troubleshoot'' -> ''Hardware acceleration'' -> move the cursor to the third position from the left as it is depicted on the screen below (Disable all DirectDraw and Direct2D accelerations).



This should help.

I've checked WMV9 files playback/navigation in Video Splitter of 2.3 and the latest 2.4 version available from the link below and did not notice this problem.

Please try to update your Windows Media Player which is supplied with  WMVideo9 Encoder DMO codec, most likely you haven't it on your PC.

Thank you for your question.

Go into the Catalyst Control Center (right click on your desktop) ->"3D" -> "All settings" . Then on "Wait for vertical refresh" choose the performance setting which is "Always off". If you dont have the Catalyst control center download it from ATI. Some games allow you to turn vsync off and on in thier graphics options too.
