Thank you for post.

Could you please upload those files (wmv, avi, mp4) to any file host service for we could reproduce the problem on our end.

You can use Dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com). The free Dropbox account comes with 2GB of space that you can use for as long as you like.

Please specify what time interval for trimming have you chosen for each file?

Also please let us know if Frame Accuracy (Smart mode) was enabled in Control?

HyperCam arbeitet in 32-Bit-Subsystem.

Deshalb verwenden ist es Codecs von 32-Bit-System, nicht von 64-Bit.

Could you please send us the list of filters?

To get them please open at first your file in Video Splitter on your PC with Windows 7.  And go to "Tools -> Show Preview filters" and press the "Copy All" button, then paste it to the Notepad and send us please this .txt file at  support(at)solveigmm(dot)com

There is really such a problem.

As the temporary solution please try to make such settings.
Go to ''Control panel'' -> ''Display'' -> ''Troubleshoot'' -> ''Hardware acceleration'' -> move the cursor to the third position from the left as it is depicted on the screen below (Disable all DirectDraw and Direct2D accelerations).



This should help.

Hello Robbie303,

I've checked WMV9 files playback/navigation in Video Splitter of 2.3 and the latest 2.4 version available from the link below and did not notice this problem.

Please try to update your Windows Media Player which is supplied with  WMVideo9 Encoder DMO codec, most likely you haven't it on your PC.

Thank you for your question.

Go into the Catalyst Control Center (right click on your desktop) ->"3D" -> "All settings" . Then on "Wait for vertical refresh" choose the performance setting which is "Always off". If you dont have the Catalyst control center download it from ATI. Some games allow you to turn vsync off and on in thier graphics options too.

Спасибо за Ваше обращение.

Что касается, отсутствия звука. Попробуйте использовать Stereo Mix в качестве устройства для записи. Как видно из второго скриншота Stereo Mix не подключен в системе. Чтобы это исправить перейдите в Панель управления ->Звук-> вкладка  Запись и выполните  действия, указанные на скриншотах:







Затем Перейдите в "Параметры" HyperCam -> "Звук" и выберите "Stereo Mix" в выпадающем списке "Устройство". Нажмите OK.

Если у Вас нет Stereo Mix, то нужно установить драйвер звуковой карты Realtek с сайта производителя материнской платы или с сайта Realtek.

По второй проблеме, попробуйте использовать новую 3.2 версию программы, доступную  по ссылке:

Возникнет ли с ней эта же проблема?

You can  use any file host service to send it,  e.g. https://www.yousendit.com  or https://www.dropbox.com which comes with 2 Gb free space for file sharing.

It happens because this products use common components.

The way to avoid this problem at present time is to uninstall then install products you would like to use.

Hello Nuser,

Thank you for your description.


Could you please tell us if you have other SolveigMM programs installed with Video Splitter, may be Plugin, HyperCam or AVI Trimmer?

If yes,  then please try to uninstall all the products,  uninstall the Splitter and then install it again.

If the problem remains, there will  be the message that "SMM_ASF_Trimmer.ax" is missing,  then the most probably smth wrong was during the uninstallation and you need to do delete this file manually by going to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia".

Even if you have not other installed products and reinstalling will not help then please do it manually as it described upwards.  After all please try to install the Splitter.

Please let us know what will  be your result.
