Hello Nuser,

Thank you for your description.


Could you please tell us if you have other SolveigMM programs installed with Video Splitter, may be Plugin, HyperCam or AVI Trimmer?

If yes,  then please try to uninstall all the products,  uninstall the Splitter and then install it again.

If the problem remains, there will  be the message that "SMM_ASF_Trimmer.ax" is missing,  then the most probably smth wrong was during the uninstallation and you need to do delete this file manually by going to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia".

Even if you have not other installed products and reinstalling will not help then please do it manually as it described upwards.  After all please try to install the Splitter.

Please let us know what will  be your result.

"SMM_ASF_Trimmer.ax" component should be only in Video Splitter 2.4 beta.

We have not noticed described problem yet, will make additional tests.

Please excuse for the delayed answer.

If the device recognizes the files as new, and you have an automatic sync relationship then the content will be automatically copied to your computer. To manually copy files from your device, connect the device to your computer, click the Sync tab, find the files in your device you would like to copy, and then do one of the following:

Right-click the file, click Add to "Sync List", and then click Start Sync.

Drag files from the list of items on the device to the List pane, and then click Start Sync.

Note that a file you copy from your device will also be added to the sync playlist Copied from Device. If you subsequently delete the file from your computer, it will be removed from the playlist the next time you sync.

Hello Nuser and Travolter,

Thanks for your questions.

Nuser, it is supposed to edit wmv/asf files with wvc1 video with GOP accuracy, unfortunately the smart editing of such files is not available at the present time.  Do you have some problems with editing of those files, if yes,  could you please describe it more detailed?

Travolter, please check if you have AAC codec installed and used on your PC.
 
You can check it using e.g. K-Lite Codec Pack (Start -> All programs -> K-Lite Codec Pack -> Configuration -> ffdshow audio decoder) - see the screenshot below:

Новая возможность - поддержка редактирования WMV/ASF файлов с видео кодеками wmv1, wmv2, wmv3, mss2 c точностью до кадра.

Hallo Pedro,

Die erhaltene Dateigröße hängt von der Größe des ergriffenen Images und der gewählten Codecs.
Wenn Sie eine Datei von der Mindestgröße erhalten möchten, raten wir zu Microsoft Screen Codec (MS Screen 9 Encoder DMO) verwenden. Gehen Sie zu Optionen -> Video-> Videokomprimierung.

Betreffs der Qualität des Lautes, versuchen Sie, andere Eigenschaften der Aufzeichnung des Lautes (Optionen -> Audio -> der Knopf "Eigenschaften"). Oder, wenn Sie irgendwelchen Kompressor, und nicht PCM verwenden, so probieren Sie die Aufzeichnung mit anderen Audiokomprimierungen (Audiokomprimierung combobox).

Danke für Ihren Posten.

Um den Ton in HyperCam aufzunehmen bitte machen Sie das Folgende:

1) Starten Sie das Programm.

2) Gehen Sie in Optionen-> Audio über.

3) Aktivieren Sie das Kontrollkästchen "Ton aufnehmen ".

4) Drücken Sie  den "OK"  Knopf.
