Thank  you  for contacting us.

Is this freezing occur with all .avi files or with certain file? If with certain, could you please specify what audio/video streams has it? You can  use Media Info or our Video Splitter to find out this.

John, have you K-lite Codec pack installation on you PC?

I recommend to install files from 2.3 version if you intend to use Video Splitter beta.
But of course this is not official release, therefore it may be some bugs.
