newby problem, file doesn't save properly

No responses? Well whatever it is seems to be specific to one video as I can edit others ok. Will dump this one, thx for looking.

In trying to edit a few short videos, under 10 minutes each, after bracketing the portion I wish to save, and clicking the save icon, it starts to save file, but stops at about 82% and won't continue. Are my files too short or what might I be messing up?
