Title: Possible to Change an AVI's Thumbnail?

Can SolveigMM AVI Trimmer + MKV be used to change the thumbnail of an avi file. My avis always seem to use the first frame as the thumbnail. I would like to change it from the first frame to a different frame of the avi.

Thanks in advance for any ideas on this.

Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately SolveigMM AVI Trimmer + MKV  can not be used to change the thumbnail of an avi file. This is depend on your operating system settings, Windows always use the first frame from the file for the thumbnail to depict it in the folder.

Thanks for the reply. For anyone else who is interested, I never did find an easy way to do this. Some people have posted methods on the web, but they are all manual processes, and not done through a program interface.
