Title: The trim Process can't be started

I download avi files. Until today I could always trim them. Now I get a message box that says "The trim Process can't be started".  It has been about a month since I tried but there isn't any other reason I can think of. Any ideas why this message would come up?\THanks,

Hi Chas,

Could you please let us know the OS you use the trimmer on?
Also it woulb be helpfully to know what third-party media software did you install before the trimmer stopped to operate?
