Title: Audio Out of Sync

Hi,

I recently purchased the home edition of the video splitter. I am running the recent version 5.2.1512.16 on Windows 10 over iMac Retina using Bootcamp. The software works fine, it loads the video files and I can trim them. It is when I save the video files the go completely out of sync with the audio. Even without trimming the file, if I save it as it is, the saved file is completely out of sync with the audio. The video files are generally MP4, H264. I have searched a lot, but could not find any solution. Is there any fix? Thanks in advance for any help.

Please try to use the version available for the download from the following link:

If the issue remains with this version, could you please upload for us original input file to any file host service, e.g. Google drive or Dropbox.com?
Also please send us the project file. To get it select  fragments for saving then follow to File -> Save project as.
