Olga - thanks for the reply - I have copied and pasted the return header message below. I don't really understand whether this is a problem with your G-Mail server receiveing or my Yahoo/Sky server sending. But for your further information it also happens on e-mails I send to your info address. Hope you can help.

Could you please let us know what message you have received after sending the email.

It is recommended not to attach files of the large size to emails. If you would like to attach the file of large size please use any file host service, e.g. Google drive or Dropbox.com.

Does any one know what has happened to the so called support requests e-mail address? I purchased a Video splitter Home Edition the other day about which I have a number of support issues. I am trying to send a lengthy e-mail to support@solveigmm.com but their g-mail client keeps bouncing it back un-read - something to do with SPF authentication?. What is the point of this on a support address?
