Title: Bug: Marker is some times placed incorrectly

Ever since the redesign of the timeline, the marker seems to some times be incorrectly placed, compared to the video frame showed/playback indicator.

I haven't been able to pinpoint what causes this to happen, and have gotten used to press 'M' to add marker, and then check the timeline to see if I need to 'ctrl+z' to undo the marker if it shows up in the wrong place.

Unfortunately, I could not reproduce this behavior. Could you please give more details on this process? E.g.: is the playback on or off, what file types you use when the issue is reproduced? if it is specific to the file, please send this file to our tech support with reference to this topic.
