Title: Cannot move or resize window

Hi all!

I just have installed lastest version of the Video Splitter.
Unfortenately I cannot move or resize the main window. If I move the mouse over the window edge, the resize arrows are displayed, but the edge does not move. And the window does not move when I drag the title bar.
With all other programs I can move and resize the windows. What can be wrong?

Could you please specify on what stage do you get the described problem?

What Video Splitter version do you use?
If this is not the latest beta, could you please try it and let us know if the problem remains with it?
