Title: fails to work

I have just loaded 2.5.1110.19. This is the 1st time I have used this application. I have selected every file format and none will load into splitter. All the files will load into WMP Trimmer. My O/S is w7 Ultimate 64 bit. The application eventually will crash without loading a video file.

Installation version 2. 5. 1110. 18
Version 2. 5. 1110. 19

I have tried; wmv, ts, mpg, avi, vob without success.

Hi Pandrew3,

Have you tried Running the program as administrator as some programs refuse to work correctly on Win7x64 without runnin them as administrator.

I'm sure Olga or Dmitry will get back to you and be able to help you further but... I thought I would offer my little tid bit as it maybe will help :)

Video Splitter use codecs for 32-bit systems. Please try to install such codecs, e.g. from the links below:

If this will not help then could you please send us the log files?

To get them:

1) Download the archiv below:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/18960201/LoggingForSplitter.zip (http://dl.dropbox.com/u/18960201/LoggingForSplitter.zip)
2) Launch the "EnableLOG.reg" file to start log files recording.
3) Launch Video Splitter and open the file with which you have the crash.
4) When the crach will happen, go to C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\My_documents\Solveig Multimedia\Logs and send us please (support(at)solveigmm(dot)com) all its content.
5) To disable log files recording launch the "DisableLOG.reg" file.
