Title: How to merge videos without increasing output size?.
Post by: KabirRaut on December 07, 2019, 05:06:41 AM
Hello, I don't have any experience editing videos so I thought I'd ask here since it looked like the right subreddit.. anyway I have 12 videos that I encoded into hevc/mkv with handbrake the total combined size is 764mb. I tried using a software to merge them which it succeeded to do but it also increased the size to 5GB!. How can I merge them so that they make 1 video with the same size?.

Thank you.

Hello KabirRaut,
You can try Video Splitter (https://www.solveigmm.com/en/products/video-splitter/). It has a Join Manager tool, that can help you to merge multiple files into a single one.
