I know, subtitles are not a priority right now. But splitting multiple audio streams for a certain segment can be done via batch and join: save vid+aud0, save aud1 ... join (using MKVToolNix) vid+aud0+aud1
Sooo .... would it be possible to not only save a single audio stream per segment, but more? Say, not switch between audio streams, but select/deselect them. That would save some time when cutting files with multiple audio streams.

Yes, it will be possible in the future, it is hard to say at the present time when this feature will be released.
