Title: How to transfer license from inoperative computer

I see that in order to transfer a current license to a new computer, you have to use the Delete operation on the old computer. Unfortunately, that computer is inoperative. How can I transfer the license in this situation, please?

You have 3 more activations available for your license key of Video Splitter 8. So you can register with it on another computer.
