Title: Key short-cut to advance/retreat by frame
Post by: rdr on October 30, 2014, 09:31:40 AM
Currently it appears you can use up/down or right/left to move the cursor at the one-second interval.
Many similar applications allow ctrl-right and ctrl-left to move the cursor by one frame at a time.
Is there anyway currently to position the cursor by frame other than very very very carefully using the mouse?

Hello rdr,

Thank you for your post.

To move the cursor to the next/previous frame you can use "Ctrl + Right"/"Ctrl + Left" hot keys.

"Right" and "Left" buttons are for navigation to the next/previous K frame.

Up/Down hot keys are for navigation 1/20th forward/backward.

You can find the whole list of navigation commands and their hot keys in the "Navigation" menu or in Tools -> Preferences.
