Title: Script command stream
Post by: Jan on September 08, 2012, 05:18:49 PM
We are using SolveigMM Video Splitter to to cut off the parts of our own recorded WMV files.

This is working well with video and audio streams.
In our files however, we add a third script command stream, to indicate when the presenter is switching powerpoint slides.

Unfortunately SolveigMM Video Splitter seems to discard this script command stream. Or at least does it by default.
If is possible to enable precessing if this stream as well?
If not, is it being planned in future releases?

Obviously commands in the cut off parts should be discarded. But a third stream should remain in the processed file, including intact commands in the parts that were not cut off.

Hello Jan,

Thank you for your question.

Video Splitter really discards the script command stream at present time.
We will possibly add such a feature to Video Splitter's next releases.
Unfortunately the exact date is still unknown.
