Title: Slicing function problem

Hi everyone.

Great useful software, but in some cases it has problems with splitting videos. When slicing some videos stucks in this state (rarely but it happens) :

What could be the problem, please help.

Unfortunately we can not reproduce the issue. Could you please send your problem file to our technical support? Thus we would be able to reproduce and fix the problem.
You can use any file sharing services to share the file.

Hi Maxim. Thanks for the response. Could you give me an email address where i can send the file(the file size is ~100MB)? It would be better that way.

When the the solution is available I will post it here.

Meanwhile, you can try to trim using the timeline: set necessary markers on timeline then right-click the timeline and select "Save All Fragments As.." menu. Click YES, to save ALL fragments from the timeline.

The problem is in our to-do list and not fixed yet.
