Title: Unable to see Story Board or Audio Waveform

I'm currently using version 6.1.1707.19 on Windows 10 and I am unable to see the Story Board or Audio Waveform: both are set to be on.

If I uninstall Video Splitter, reboot and re-install it the Story Board and Audio Waveform re-appear for a short time. But if I run Video Splitter again a day or two later they have dissapeared again.

any assistance would be appreciated

The Video Splitter 6.1.1707.19 is quite outdated. Please try the latest available release version of Video Splitter (http://www.solveigmm.com/en/products/video-splitter/#Download).
