Video lags audio after edits

Olga Krovyakova:
Hello Dwight,

Thank you for letting us know about this.
As soon as there will be any news on your previous report, we will post it here.
Thank you for your patience.
Have a good day.

Dwight:
Olga,

I apologize. I found the sync issue in this case was introduced by another app I used to amplify the audio. That app had been working perfectly but it turns out that the latest update has a bug. Thank you for your help.

Olga Krovyakova:
Hello Dwight,

Thank you for your post.
Could you please send us the original input file that you open in Video Splitter and the project file? You can upload it to any file sharing service, e.g. Google drive (https://drive.google.com) or Dropbox.com.

To get the project file open the input file in Video Splitter, set fragments for saving and deleting then go to File menu -> Save project as and select folder to save the project file.

Here is the guideline on how to upload files if needed.

Thank you in advance!

Dwight:
Olga,

After editing a number of video files with external SRT files editing disabled, I found this works most of the time -- but not all of the time. A 71-min video file I recently edited that included internal SRT  file editing also went out of sync (300 ms) at an edit around the 16-minute.

Dwight:
Olga,

You're welcome. Thank you for the update and for the subtitle tip. So my workaround until your fix is made will be to merge the external edited SRT file and make it internal ahead of running the project. This will work fine.

Dwight
