Hello jtman,

Please specify what operating system you use.
Also, please send the DXDiag report to our support or to me directly:

It is important to run the 32-bit DirectX Diagnostic Tool from the "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\dxdiag.exe".
Click the "Save All Information" button in the appeared window.
Please send us "DxDiag.txt" file that will be created.

As a temporary solution you can try to switch the video renderer:
Click "Tools"->"Preferences" or push "Ctrl+P" combination,
In a "Preferences" window go to "Playback Settings" and change the "Renderer" to any of the available options.

I am having an issue with the video preview pane. For some reason, after use for a couple weeks, videos suddenly started showing up only in the top left corner of the screen, as if the corner of the video were pinned there. I have to move the software over that section, to be able to see the video. If I don't, all I get is a black screen where the video should be. If I fullscreen the software, I can see the video is 'stuck' in the top left corner, instead of centering. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, restarting the computer, making sure the version is current, and nothing worked. Tried multiple video files as well. It works fine when installed on another computer, but over time started doing the same thing to me. Any idea how to fix this?
