Title: Video Splitter 7.3.2005.8 - MPEG-1 Split repeats first frame

In segments that have a start point marker that is not at the beginning of the file, the final frame is a repeat of the first frame.

I rolled back to version 7.3.2002.06 and the problem is not present in that version.
