Title: Waveform offset from the audio

Hi all!

We use SolveigMM Video Splitter often.  This is the first time I have seen this problem.

All the mp4s we have captured this week, when we drop them into SolveigMM Video Splitter, the waveform is offset about 10 seconds from the audio that we hear.  The audio and the video are in sync, but the waveform is out of position.  Has anyone else run into this problem?

(We are using SolveigMM Video Splitter Business Edition

Unfortunately we can not reproduce the problem.
Could you please send any of your problem files to our technical support? Thus we would try to reproduce and analyze the problem and fix it.
You can use any file sharing services to share the file.
