I use SolveigMM Video Splitter Business 4.0.1412.10 (Win 10/x64)
Press "Save current fragment as" - check "Use mask for output file names" - press "Custom ..." (opens Preferences) - OK - after this program (bug) and is no longer usable...must be in Task Manager shutdown,greeting...

Yes, this is the known bug. We will fix it in near future.
As soon as there will be the update ready, I'll post here.
