Hello the_fiddler,
Please try the latest beta. It can edit TS, MP4, MKV files with HEVC video and HEVC video elementary streams as well. However, please keep in mind, that trimming of HEVC video can take a lot of time, depending on the video resolution and other encoding parameters.
