Hello publivate, I'm sure Olga will reply as soon as possible but in the meantime do you mean it's panning around the mouse pointer? If so go to options -> interface and in bottom right and check the pan settings as maybe permanent lock is enabled if it is un-tick it and press ok. Let us know if this helps

Regardless of Region/Screen/Window the picture/video size tracks around the screen whenever i move my mouse rendering your product unusable. Please fix/respond at earliest...thanks.
