After checking this issue we have found that the files to be edited had incorrect format - they have MP4 extension but they were actually AVI files, which led Video Splitter to the error.

This issue had been fixed in the latest beta-version:
7.3.2006.10 (x86) and 7.3.2006.10 (x64)

Can´t read MPG or MP4 file

I have had this error message in Video Splitter Home Edition 7.3.2005.8 while adding an MP4 and/or MPG2 file, since the newest update. File is first cut by TS Doctor and then converted to MP4 or MPG using Any Video converter.

Error Message 1: Runtime Error
Error Message 2: Some files are unsupported or damaged

For some reason I can't upload screenshots here ...

I try a link.!AkHVkPHXlYw8gZdPcRuO5na4XulOfQ?e=1dORXh!AkHVkPHXlYw8gZdQr-EJHEl7xHOtOQ?e=m6bI2p

Thanks in advance for any help!!
