Could you please send us the original input file that you open in Video Splitter and the project file? You can upload it to any file sharing service, e.g. Google drive (https://drive.google.com).

To get the project file open the input file in Video Splitter, set fragments for saving and deleting then go to File menu -> Save project as and select folder to save the project file.

Thank you for your post.
We are currently working on the new version of Video Splitter and hope that all problems you have described will be fixed in it.

According to evaluation mode issue, we have not still regrettably reproduced this issue at our end with our files.
If there will be possibility to send us such original input file and the project file with wich the issue happens, this will be of much help for us.
You can use e.g. drive.google.com to send the files to our Support team.

Video Splitter for Mac will work on m1 Mac computer.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that version of Video Splitter for Mac has the less features then version for Windows.

For example, the range of supported files is different.

The Mac version of Video Splitter supports MP4 and MPEG-TS files with HEVC and AVC codecs, while version for Windows supports AVCHD, MP4, MOV, MKV, WEBM, FLV, AVI, DV AVI, ASF, WMV, MPEG2(TS,PS,VES), MPEG1(SYS, VES), MP1, MP2, MP3, WAV files with H265/HEVC, H264/AVC, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DIVX, XVID, MJPEG, WMV1, WMV2, WMV3, MPEG Audio, PCM, AC3, AAC codecs.

Thank you for your question.

You need to enable the special button that allow to set the time for navigation.
Please go to Tools menu / Preferences / View / tick the "Show Jump Forward" / "Show Jump Backward" button.
Then right mouse click on the "Jump Forward to 2 min" button to select the required time for navigation.

The trial demo versions of Video Splitter and WMP Trimmer Plugin work for 7 days.
These two products can be purchased now as the 1-month or 1-year subscriptions and also the lifetime license purchase is available.
The registered versions of these products will work as long as the subscription stays active.

AVI Trimmer + is the free video editor, with no limit for working days.

It will be helpful for us if you can share some input HEVC files with which these problems arrise.

Also please send the project file, to get it open the input file in Video Splitter, set fragments for saving and deleting then go to File menu -> Save project as and select folder to save the project file.
You can use e.g. Google drive (drive.google.com) to send files.

This issue will be fixed in the next release of Video Splitter.
The "Select stream" window will be adjustable by size, so all information will be visible.

If you press the Enter button after you input times to time boxes, then the new marker will be created.

Unfortunately there is no such setting in the latest version of Video Splitter to disable cursor and its time changing while the mouse movement on the storyboard.

Thank you for your post and using Video Splitter.

After you input time to the time boxes you need to press the "Enter" button on the keyboard. After that the marker or the slider will be placed to the specified position.
