Firstly, I would recommend to use the 64-bit version of Video Splitter available here:

Home Edition, 64-bit version

Business Edition, 64-bit version
https://www.solveigmm.com/download/SolveigMM_Video_Splitter_Business_Edition_x64.exe

If you already use this version, please try to set another video renderer in Tools / Preferences / Playback settings - see screenshot at the link please http://joxi.ru/brRO7ZZCB1DEDm. Try different options here.

If this will not help, then could you please send us the original input file that you open in Video Splitter? You can upload it to any file sharing service, e.g. Google drive (https://drive.google.com).

Hello hurricane51,

Thank you for your post.

You can already do this in Video Splitter 7.
All you need is to define fragments for saving/deleting, then collapse all fragment you would like to be deleted, then play the video back.
To collapse interval for cutting out, please move your mouse pointer to such interval, then click on the upper icon between the start/end markers. The interval will be collapsed:

Do the same for all intervals need to be deleted in the final video. You'll get the following view:

Then you can press the Play button to preview what will be shown in the resulted file.

You can install both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Video Splitter on your computer and register them with your same license key. This should be possible now.

Do you have the same issue with the latest version of Video Splitter?

Could you please upload for us files you have tried to join to reroduce the issue at our end?
You can use any file host service e.g. Google drive (https://drive.google.com) or Dropbox.com.

Also please send us the project file. To get the project file open the input files in Video Splitter, set fragments for saving and deleting then go to File menu -> Save project as and select folder to save the project file.

1) When you load a project with an external subtitles or restore from a backup copy of the project after a crash, the external subtitles stream is disabled for trimming.

This is some kind of very specific bug as it is was not regrettably reproduced yet on several different our computers.
So we need some more information to reproduce it at our end.

If it is possible, please send us the original input file that you open in Video Splitter and the project file. You can upload it to any file sharing service, e.g. Google drive (https://drive.google.com) or Wetransfer.com.

To get the project file open the input file in Video Splitter, set fragments for saving and deleting then go to File menu -> Save project as and select folder to save the project file.
