Hello Marty,

This is some kind of very specific bug as it is was not regrettably reproduced yet on several different our computers.
So we need some more information to reproduce it at our end.

If it is possible, please send us the original input file that you open in Video Splitter and the project file. You can upload it to any file sharing service, e.g. Google drive (https://drive.google.com) or Wetransfer.com.

To get the project file open the input file in Video Splitter, set fragments for saving and deleting then go to File menu -> Save project as and select folder to save the project file.

You can try to use free video converters that are mentioned on the page below.

Please note, that files to be joined by Video Splitter should have all same parametes, including width and height of frames, all that you ca see in the Join Manager window.

Thank you for your reply.

I recommend to try to uninstall Video Splitter from your computer at first (you can use Start -> All programs -> Solveig Multimedia -> SolveigMM Video Splitter Home Edition -> Uninstall  or using Windows Control Panel).

After uninstall please make sure that all files in the folders below were removed from your computer

"C:\Program Files\Solveig Multimedia\SolveigMM Video Splitter Home Edition"
and
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia"

and

"C:\Program Files(x86)\Solveig Multimedia\SolveigMM Video Splitter Home Edition"
and
"C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia"

If there will be any files in this folders please delete them manually from these folders.

Then you could install the product again.
Please use the link below to download the latest version:

Thank you for your post and your patience.

3/ if we put a marker on the jonction between 2 videos in a batch import, the software can freeze and need to be closed by force (task manager) and reloaded. I thought at first by the comment of the support here, that it was an issue related to my hardware jog (Shuttle express from counter design) but the same issue happened recently bu using my keyboard to put the markers.

According to this, could you please send us files that you open in Video Splitter as well as the project file? You can use e.g. Google drive to upload files.

You can check it in "Help/About SolveigMM Video Splitter" menu item.

Also please upload for us the resulted file that you recieved after the editing.

and can you allow type a location here in next version pls.

You can do this in "File name" field.

Здравствуйте, LSTemp!

Версия 7,6,2106,9 - прокрутка колесом мыши не работает. Зачем Вы врете? Управляющий элемент списка в Настройка-Вид/Управление даже фокус не получает, чтобы скролл колеса обрабатывать самомтоятельно.

Данная функция была проверена на Windows 10, где она работает на нашей стороне.
На Windows 7, 8 прокрутка колесом мыши действительно в данных разделах настроек пока не работает. Мы постараемся поправить это в будущих выпусках программы.

По первому пункту хочу заметить, что в версии 7.6 прокрутка колесиком мыши работает на вкладках "Вид" и "Управление" в Настройках. Проверьте, пожалуйста, последнюю ли версию программы Вы используете.

1)
Ни одно диалговое окно не может менять размер. Инфа в нем обрезается.

Перечислите, пожалуйста, какие конкретно окна у вас не меняют размер. Например, диалоговое окно открытия файлов, меняет свой размер.

2)
Скролл мышью в диалогах не работает. Т.е я всегда вручную скролбар мышью тащить должен для перемотки содержимого окна. И в этом "мышином глазе" (см.п.1) я еще длжен отличать иконки, изображение которых не отличается при наведении на них указателя мыши, независимо от включенного/выключенного их состояния.

Аналогично, необходимо уточнить конкретные окна, где не работает скролбар, так как в диалоговом окне открытия он работает.

3)
В VideoRedo навигация происходит мгновенно, у Вас "следующий кадр" офигительно долго обрабатывается, про предыдущий кадр - вообще молчу. Плюс в VideoRedo есть очень удобная фича - отображать на видео и на раскадровке тип кадра. И все это в VideoRedo работает мгновенно.

Не могли бы вы загрузить файл, на котором происходит долгая навигация по кадрам, и поделиться им с нами? На нашей стороне навигация на следующий/предыдущий кадр происходит мгновенно.

Маркеры возможно удалять по отдельности, для этого проверьте перед нажатием на Delete, один ли маркер выбран или сразу несколько. При выборе маркеры подсвечиваются синим цветом. У Вас должен быть выбран один нужный маркер синего цвета перед удалением. Просто нажмите непосредственно на маркер чтобы его выбрать.

5)

По поводу звуковой волны, вы можете увеличить масштаб шкалы времени (в правом нижнем углу) для просмотра деталей изменения звуковой волны.
