Yes, it is possible to use the SSP project. When you load the SSP file you should see previously saved intervals on the timeline. Blue-colored markers are currently active markers, white markers are currently not active. To change the times, please select the necessary interval with the yellow slider. Now you should have 2 blue-colored markers - START and END. Under the timeline there are 2 edit boxes the first of them shows the time of the START marker and the second shows the END marker time accordingly. Now, you can change the time of the intervals moving markers with the mouse cursor or typing necessary time values into the edit boxes.

Hello isurfsafe,

I'm sorry for the delay in replying.

I'd like to explain that Video Splitter's main goal is to edit the Video/Audio file preserving the source video quality and it works without re-encoding. That is why we currently do not support any kind of transitions and effects. Adding frames to video involves re-encoding and could possibly cause the synchronization issues with the audio. That is why Video Splitter does not have such feature now.
However, we have an utility, which can combine multiple pictures of the same width and height to a video file.

At the moment the VP9 video codec is not supported in Video Splitter but we already have a VP9 support in our To-Do list.

Unfortunately, the Video Splitter does not support the frame accurate trimming of 10bit AVC video. However, the GOP accurate trimming should be OK.
I'll post here when the support of 10bit AVC frame accuracy trimming is implemented.

Please, pay attention to the following restrictions / requirements for this version:
- This is x64 beta version. You should have the 64-bit OS to install and run it.
- This beta is mostly for the HEVC testing. It supports MPEG2(e.g. *.ts) with HEVC, mp4 with HEVC and raw HEVC video but can have problems with the other formats, so it is recommended to use this beta version only for HEVC processing.
- The process of trimming HEVC video may include partial re-encoding and the time of the re-encoding depends on the input file's specifications. It may take quite a long time to re-encode and the progress bar may stay unchanged during that time. The re-encoding is still in progress even if the progress bar does not change, so please be patient. However, if the progress bar does not change for more than 10 minutes, the processing is most likely hanged. We are aware of such type of problem but currently it is not fixed.
To check if the re-encoding still in progress, please open the Task Manager and find the "x265-8bpp" or "x265-10bpp" process. If it exists, than the re-encoding is active.

Сканирование папок в 5 версии происходит для поиске файла субтитров. Это поведение исправлено в 6 версии.

По поводу времени запуска - возможно, на него влияет антивирусное ПО.  Попробуйте временно отключить ваш антивирус или добавить Video Splitter в исключения. Уточните какая у вас операционная система, мы попробуем воспроизвести это поведение.

Здравствуйте Prog,

Вероятнее всего, при исправлении с помощью ffmpeg происходит перекодирование исходного файла. Поэтому, при попытке добавить не исправленный и исправленный файл в медиатеку вы получаете ошибку, т.к. параметры файлов не совпадают. Полагаю, вам нужно пробовать редактировать только один файл, или, если вам необходимо редактировать именно несколько файлов, добавлять в медиатеку только исправленные (только не исправленные). В таком случае параметры файлов будут совпадать.

Проблема с некорректной обработкой файлов с мобильных устройств, в которых есть информация о повороте, нам известна, но пока, к сожалению, не исправлена.
