Hi Pallab,

If you are talking about MPEG-1 video, it is not still supported for trimming, but since 2.2 is supported for merging, but it should be implemented quite soon. Keep an eye on the news

Thank you for your interest. The latest version of AVCHD editing binaries go with the 2.2 version.

AVCHD is supported inofficially, but you can test it.

Hello Don,

The default settings with codec -  Microsoft V1 are not very good for your purposes.

If gives comaprarative good quality but requires big HDD space, though can be easily edited.
The reason why it is default ones - that Windows System guaranteed has this codec.

To get better results I would suggest you to use some third party codecs.

Sure there are compression settings.

Here are some details:

To achieve better compression you can use another codec, like free xvid (http://www.xvid.org/) for example.
Or set less framerate or more compression rate.

Changes/Fixes:

Muxer:
Accept h264 AnnexB bytestream input with converting to AVC bitsteam (V_MPEG4/ISO/AVC)

Splitter:
Correct sample times when seeking to get "0" time on sample.
(e.g.:sample times: 9.0 9.04 9.08;
seek time: 9.06;
output sample times should be: -0.04 0 0.04 (not -0.06 -0.02 0.02) )

Both:
Buffer size/buffers count changes to prevent hangup on some files.

HyperCam / HyperCam GUI Hungrian localisation available

Hi all,

One of our customers Ferenc Fejes, have decently translated and sent us the Hungnian (magyar) translation of HyperCam 3, GUI.

Till the moment when full localisation to Hugrian get available, this one could be usefull for our Hugrian customers.

How to use it:
1. download and unzip translated xml:

2. rename hun.xml to eng.xml

3.place new eng.xml to HC3 installed folder, by default it is "C:\Program Files\HyperCam 3"
(please make a backup copy of original eng.xml)

that is all, starting HC3 you should see it with Hungrian signs.

Hello thingumybob,
Are you trying to install it to Cell phone? I'm afraid you have not usual XP but XP embedded there, that differs from PC version.
Anyway, we have not tested and claimed that our software can be used with smart phones.

что касается склейки, а это основная фича релиза - исправлено большинство известных нам проблем. работа продолжается, будут апдейты.
