Спасибо за Ваше сообщение!

Правильно ли я понимаю, что программа вылетает при открытии файлов в медиатеке и при добавлении их на таймлайн?
Ссылка, которую вы указали, к сожалению не работает. Не могли бы вы загрузить файлы снова?
Укажите, пожалуйста, также вашу операционную систему (вместе с разрядностью).

Спасибо за ваш ответ.
Мы проверили файл и он проигрывается нормально в Video Splitter, так же как и обрезанный файл.
Попробуйте, пожалуйста, установить K-lite codec pack.

Уточните, пожалуйста, какую вы используете операционную систему (включая разрядность) и версию Video Splitter (указана в меню Помощь / О SolveigMM Video Splitter).

Спасибо за Ваше сообщение.

Правильно ли я понимаю что звук не воспроизводится в отредактированном файле при его просмотре через Video Splitter?

Не могли бы вы загрузить оригинальный файл на какой-нибудь файлообменник, например, Google drive, а также прислать нам файл проекта. Для того чтобы его получить необходимо выбрать фрагменты для сохранения и перейти в меню Файл / Сохранить проект как.

Спасибо за ваше сообщение.

Да, такая возможность в Video Splitter 6 есть. Для этого вам можно руководствоваться следующей последовательностью действий при перемещении файлов на таймлайн:
-  добавить один файл на таймлайн
-  добавить другой файл, поставив его в любое место первого файла
-  пометить части первого и второго файла, которые вам необходимо удалить.
- нажать Сохранить.

HyperCam 4 aufnehmet alles, was Sie auf Ihrem Desktop sehen. Wenn also ein Bild von einem Web-Kamera auf dem Desktop angezeigt wird, wird es auch aufgezeichnet werden.
Im Moment entwickeln wir für die Umsetzung der Desktop und Webcam-Aufnahme-Funktionen. Sobald die Arbeitsversion wird bereit sein, werden wir Nachrichten in diesem Thread freigeben. Achten Sie auch für die Nachrichten auf unserer Website und Facebook-Seite.

Also you say that this crash happens when you load several files to the timeline.
Maybe you can also send us all these files and describe your sequence of actions?

I've tried to reproduce this issue at our end, but regrettably without success.
The file is opened is Video Splitter without any problems.
Could you please record and send us log files for we could find out the issue reason? You can send them to support(at)solveigmm.com.

Do you get this error with the beta version?

If yes, could you please upload the original input file to e.g. Google drive?
Also please send the project file from Video Splitter. To get it select fragments for saving then follow to File / Save project as.

Am I right that the crash happens on the opening mp4 files in the Media list?

Hello Jochen K.,

Thank you for your post and your purchase!

Files 1 and 2 now cut be cut flawlessly, BUT when I tried file 3, the Beta turned out to be rather temperamental: just dragging the file into the "Start now" area of the program's window twice caused the program simply to close (no error messages, it just vanished completely), the third attempt then worked flawlessly.

Am I right that you have on the timeline to files, then add the third file to timeline and the program was crashed? Or have you edited firstly the file#1 then file#3, then add the file#3 to the empty timeline and the program was crashed? Please describe your actions in detail. Could you please upload for us all files that you have tried to edit, including project files? You can use e.g. Google drive or Dropbox.com to upload the files.

Ooops, I've just bumped into a minor but annoying bug(?): I tried to delete the third original, uncut file, as well as rename the cut version and couldn't: even though I had removed the file from the program's window, and the only place I could still find any mention of it was in the "Recent Files" list, which I cleared, both files were still "open in Video Splitter".
Eventually I quit the program

I've checked this at our end, and regrettably have not reproduced this at our end. Could you please let us know the file format of this third file and your operating system (with its capacity).

Hi stormy,

Thank you post.
Video Splitter currently can only delete entirely the video track from the file. For this you need to deselect the video track in Control / Select streams... by clicking the icon with scissors.
Unfortunately at the moment the "video mute" or video frame freezing is not yet available. But we will possibly add such feature to its next releases.
