Просьба к автору marabu по возможности продублировать исходные сообщения в данной теме.

Файлы проверили в программе, все проблемы воспроизводятся на нашей стороне.
Как только будет найдено решение, мы разместим обновленную версию Video Splitter в данной теме.

Thank you for your post.

Please try to enlarge the Video Splitter interface to the full screen view by twice clicking in the playback area or use simply the "Maximize" button on the right corner of the main Video Splitter screen.

Здравствуйте iren,

Попробуйте, пожалуйста, использовать в качестве настройки звука "Stereo Mix" для устройства звука.
А также выбрать другой энкодер, например, WMAudio Encoder DMO.



Если при этом проблема останется, то пришлите, пожалуйста, скриншоты настроек HyperCam 3 (Параметры/Все вкладки), а также запишите и пришлите нам лог файлы.

Спасибо за сообщение.

Такая ошибка возникала на старых версиях программы.
Посмотрите, пожалуйста, какую версию вы используете.
Данную информацию можно найти кликнув на кнопку "О программе".

Последняя версия HyperCam 3.6 доступна для загрузки по ссылке:

http://www.solveigmm.com/download/SolveigMM_HyperCam.exe

Попробуйте переустановить программу, если вы используете не версию 3.6.1409.26.
Останется ли данная ошибка?

Попробуйте, пожалуйста, использовать последнюю бета-версию Video Splitter 5 Home Edition:

Перед открытием файла в программе, на компьютере должен быть установлен кодек от GoToMeeting. Установите его, пожалуйста, либо переустановите программное обеспечение для GoToMeeting (если я правильно поняла, последняя версия не требует установки кодека дополнительно, как это описано здесь).

Если это не поможет, то не могли бы вы прислать образец файла, который вы открываете? Можно скинуть его на какой-нибудь сервис передачи файлов, например, Google drive или Dropbox.com

Thank you for your post and please excuse for the delayed answer.

If you would like to add your logo on the video file, then regrettably Video Splitter has not got such feature at the present time.

We will possibly add it to the product's next releases and if such feature appear in the product, we will post here.

Still, how could the preview software be working and the full version not?

This is the bug of the version 5.0.1503.17. It is fixed in the current beta version 5.0.1506.30.

Thank you for your post.

I assume, your file has the PCM audio.
Regrettably this is a bug, if AVI file has DVSD video and PCM audio, there will not be audio saved.

Мы пытаемся пока воспроизвести какие-либо проблемы с DTS большого битрейта на нашей стороне.
Не могли бы вы уточнить подробнее какие именно проблемы с данными аудио дорожками у вас возникают?

This can be checked in Help -> About SolveigMM.

Please try to use the beta version available for download from the following direct link:

Hello kshetline,

Thank you for your post.

Seems you have put the slider on the second fragment that you would like to be deleted and right clicked on the timeline to choose "Save the selected fragment as". In this case the fragment that was selected for cutting out will be saved.

If you would like to save the first fragment please move the video slider to this fragment at first (its color will be changed to orange) and right mouse click then and select "Save Selected Fragment As..." (see picture below). 



If I'm wrong regarding your actions and selection, please send us screenshots of your step-by-step actions with the description.
You can send them in email to our support address (support(at)solveigmm(dot)com) or upload to any file host service.

Hello allien,

If these fragments have the same parameters then you can join them using the Tools -> Join Manager of Video Splitter.
Please see our "How to" section of the website.

Regrettably Video Splitter doesn't save chapters after the joining and splitting at the present time, but we will possibly add such feature to its next releases.
