Скажите, пожалуйста, файл какого формата вы редактируете в Video Splitter и в какой формат с какими параметрами конвертируете далее в Freemake?

Для воспроизведения данной проблемы на нашей стороне, могли бы вы загрузить исходный файл и файл проекта?

I've reproduced the same issue with quality degradation on the output file when download the original file with Internet Download Manager.

We will add this bug to our "to do" list for fixing.

As soon as there will be any news or updates I'll post in this thread.

Please see the example of code for batch task file for getting fragments from file s1.mp4 and s2.mp4 (input files should be encoded with the same parameters) and saving it to one output file s_output.mp4:

Thank you for your post.

Am I right that you would like to delete the fragment from 00:08:02;07 to 00:08:04;14?

I've reproduced the issue with artifacts on frames of cutting place in the resulting file if delete this fragment.
Do you have the poor quality on the whole file or only on the cutting place?

I would like also to kindly ask you to upload the original input file to any file host service to be sure we have the same problems, as the file can be downloaded from YouTube with different downloading programs and this can affect on what video/audio information it has. You can use e.g. Google drive or Dropbox.com to upload it.

Could you please let us know what message you have received after sending the email.

It is recommended not to attach files of the large size to emails. If you would like to attach the file of large size please use any file host service, e.g. Google drive or Dropbox.com.

Попробуйте, пожалуйста, использовать последнюю версию 4.0.1412.10 доступную по ссылке ниже:

Если проблема останется с этой версией, то не могли бы Вы прислать нам оригинальный файл, который вы пробовали отредактировать?
Можно его загрузить, например, на Dropbox.com или Google drive.

Также пришлите, пожалуйста, файл проекта. Чтобы его получить нужно выбрать фрагменты для сохранения и перейти в меню Файл -> Сохранить проект как.

Windows Media Format 9 Series Runtime необходим для просмотра и  редактирования файлов в Video Splitter. Если у вас установлен Windows Media Player 12, то устанавливать Windows Media Format 9 Series Runtime не нужно.

Hello heyricardo,

Thank you for your post.

Please try to go to Tools -> Preferences -> Playback Settings tab and select other video renderers. Possibly with other options you will be able to playback the video correctly.

If this will not help please try to install K-lite codec pack. You can dowwnload it at:

If the issue remains after this could you please upload  for us the file you have tried to playback to any file host service, e.g. Google drive or Dropbox.com?
