Hello JonasRetro,

If you have the standard version of the product then please try to reinstall HyperCam 3.
This should help.
http://www.solveigmm.com/download/SolveigMM_HyperCam.exe

If you have portable version of HyperCam 3 then please try to delete manually the "SettingsCache.xml" file from the folder of installation with HyperCam 3 Portable.
Then open HyperCam 3 options again.

Please let us know if this will be helpful for you.

Thank you for your question.

You need to install the 32-bit DivX codec to be able to use it in HyperCam 3.
I've checked the DivX codec available from the link below and it works with HyperCam 3 installed on the Windows 8 64-bit PC:

Please let us know if it also works at your end.

Здравствуйте Autopilot,

Спасибо за вопрос.

В настоящий момент программа может из перечисленного сохранить все, кроме MVC и PGS, то есть на выходе получится файл с AVC + AC3.
Возможно поддержка  PGS и MVC появится в будущих выпусках программы.

Не могли бы Вы загрузить для нас образец такого файла на какой-нибудь файлообменик, например, Dropbox.com?

Баг с зависанием при сохранение аудио дорожки был поправлен в версии:

Добрый день, Aefremov,

Спасибо за разъяснения, я вас поняла.
Вы правы, при добавлении маркера действительно выделяется фрагмент справа от нового маркера и для удаления нужно передвинуть слайдер на обозначенный фрагмент для того чтобы он стал активным и после этого пометить этот фрагмент на удаление.

Почему нельзя добавить одну простую клавишу: "Удалить отрезок слева от маркера" - какую нибудь X? Тогда количество команд сократится вдвое: M, X

Если мы добавим такое улучшение, я напишу в этой теме.

Ich habe versucht, das Spiel Metin2 brennen und leider das Problem, das Sie mit vyklyucheniepm Computer nach einem Klick auf den Pause beschrieben nicht wiedergegeben.

Wir würden uns sehr hilfreich, wenn Sie die Log-Dateien schreiben und senden Sie sie uns. Kurzanleitung, wie man sie erhalten, ist verfügbar unter:

I've reproduced the same issue with slow motion of video and no sound at the end of the payback.

Video Splitter / Re: No Audio In Preview Window

Hello NOKNOT,

Video Splitter has no its own intergrated AC3 decoder, so it uses the decoder installed on the PC.
By default on each computer is installed Microsoft AC3 decoder that can only be used by Windows Media Player.
That is why it is necessary to install another AC3 decoder for Video Splitter could use it.
Possibly Boilsoft has its own AC3 audio decoder that is why it works without installation of decoders I've recommended in my previous post.
After installation of this decoders it should be listed in the list of the used filters in "Tools -> Show preview filters" of Video Splitter.

Please let us know what Video Splitter's version you use. You can check the version at Help -> About SolveigMM Video Splitter.

Will it be maybe another result on the beta version of Video Splitter?

If you get the same result on the beta version, please upload for us the origianal MKV file you have tried to edit in Video Splitter. You can us e.g. Dropbox.com or Google drive.

According to the mp4 file, maybe after using the shanaencoder the file was somehow corrupted. But to be sure of this, it could be helpful for us to have the MP4 file also.
Please send us also the project file. To get it select fragments for saving then go to File -> Save project as.

Possibly there is no AC3 decoder installed on your computer.

Please try to install AC3 decoder on your PC for Video Splitter can use it for the file playback.

Also you can try to install FFdshow that also includes AC3 decoder.
http://ffdshow-tryout.sourceforge.net/download.php
