Hello NOKNOT,

Video Splitter has no its own intergrated AC3 decoder, so it uses the decoder installed on the PC.
By default on each computer is installed Microsoft AC3 decoder that can only be used by Windows Media Player.
That is why it is necessary to install another AC3 decoder for Video Splitter could use it.
Possibly Boilsoft has its own AC3 audio decoder that is why it works without installation of decoders I've recommended in my previous post.
After installation of this decoders it should be listed in the list of the used filters in "Tools -> Show preview filters" of Video Splitter.

Please let us know what Video Splitter's version you use. You can check the version at Help -> About SolveigMM Video Splitter.

Will it be maybe another result on the beta version of Video Splitter?

If you get the same result on the beta version, please upload for us the origianal MKV file you have tried to edit in Video Splitter. You can us e.g. Dropbox.com or Google drive.

According to the mp4 file, maybe after using the shanaencoder the file was somehow corrupted. But to be sure of this, it could be helpful for us to have the MP4 file also.
Please send us also the project file. To get it select fragments for saving then go to File -> Save project as.

Possibly there is no AC3 decoder installed on your computer.

Please try to install AC3 decoder on your PC for Video Splitter can use it for the file playback.

Also you can try to install FFdshow that also includes AC3 decoder.

Здравствуйте Pj_Uran,

Спасибо за сообщение и присланный файл.
В настоящий момент проигрывание AC3 звука для MP4 файлов пока не реализовано, так как данный формат звука для контейнера MP4 достаточно не стандартен.
Мы попробуем добавить поддержку таких файлов в будущие выпуски программы.
Как только появится обновление, я напишу в этой теме.

Попробуйте, пожалуйста, использовать бета-версию программы, с ней не было обнаружено проблем при склейке данного файла.

Hello filiposd,

Please try to at first to uninstall all our products from your computer.

You can unstall it via Start menu or via Start -> All programs -> Solveig Multimedia -> Product Name -> Uninstall or via or Windows Control Panel.

After uninstall please make sure that all files in the folders below were removed from your computer

"C:\Program Files\Solveig Multimedia"
and
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia"

If there will be any files in this folders please delete them manually from these folders.

Then you could install the product again.

Thank you for your post.

Please try to uninstall all our products from your PC if there are several our products installed (including AVI Trimmer + MKV).

After uninstall please make sure that all files in the folders below were removed from your computer

"C:\Program Files\Solveig Multimedia"
and
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Solveig Multimedia"

Then install AVI Trimmer + MKV again and try to edit your file.

Some issues with asyc of output AVi files were corrected in the beta version of Video Splitter 4 available here.

Please try to reinstall the product.
If the reinstallation will not help then please upload for us the input file you have editied in the product. You can use any file host service to upload it,  e.g Dropbox.com or Google drive.

Also please create the project file from the Video Splitter.  To get ut select fragments for saving then go to  File -> Save project as.

Не могли бы Вы описать подробнее, что означает "прерывистое" видео или для большей наглядности загрузить для нас файл, который был записан с помощью программы и имеет описанную Вами проблему. 
Можно использовать любой сервис передачи файлов, например, Dropbox.com или Google drive

Также, я бы рекомендовала бы Вам переустановить программу на более новую версию 3.6 (ссылка для загрузки ниже).

Скажите, пожалуйста, какая у Вас операционная система?
Также иногда важно знать что именно записывалось, если Вы записывали что-то с Интернет, не могли бы Вы уточнить ссылку? Или, если это какая-то игра, то нам было бы полезно бы знать её название.
